Due to the Government Guidelines during the Covid 19 outbreak, here at Green Synergy we’re doing things a little differently at the moment. Our garden and office are closed, and the staff team are mainly working at home with the occasional socially distanced trip to the garden to check things are ok and keep up with maintenance.
We want to let you know our projects are still running, we’re still taking referrals and delivering to and engaging with people on our projects via social media and apps. This is giving us a fantastic opportunity for some creative thinking about virtual sessions. If you would like to get involved or make a referral with BBO MOVE or STEPS, or ECO WRAP please contact Lizzie on firstname.lastname@example.org or Trudy email@example.com for Better Together and ECO WRAP. For more information on our projects please see our website.
We’re very much looking forward to when we can welcome everyone back onto the garden but until then we hope you can join us for some virtual gardening on our Facebook Page .
Thank you Seasalt Cornwall!
Volunteers from Seasalt Cornwall came to our garden on the 27th January. We had a beautiful sunny, crisp winter’s day (weather ordered for the occasion). They worked really hard and were a delight and a pleasure to have on the garden. The work they’ve done has made a big difference to our projects and to anyone visiting the garden and we’re really grateful that they chose to volunteer with us.
If you would like to know more about corporate volunteering with us at Green Synergy please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Would you like to gain a Strimmer & Spraying Courses or know someone who would?
We were contacted by the Calendar Team as they wanted to do a news piece about mental health issues and how they can impact upon family life. After giving an overview of Green Synergy projects and speaking to some of the people who come along we invited the Calendar Team to Hillside to speak to families.
Here is a clip from Calendar news:
