Green Synergy is celebrating volunteer week 2023. This week we will celebrate the amazing volunteers who give their time and commitment to Green Synergy and make a difference every day. This is our opportunity to just say thank you.
2023 marks the 39th year of Volunteers’ week. Green Synergy will be just one of many charities and voluntary organisations across Lincolnshire celebrating this important week.
Volunteers are often unseen and unrecognised by many, so taking the time during volunteer week to celebrate everyone’s commitment is vital.
This year’s theme is ‘Celebrate and Inspire’ The campaign hopes to encourage people to be the change that we want to see and get involved in volunteering in whatever way may work for them.
Our Committed volunteers inspire us every day here at Green Synergy. This week we are excited to celebrate Volunteer week by recognising the amazing volunteers who make a difference with time and dedication.
We simply want to say THANK YOU for all that you do.

Children and Young People Volunteer
Helena Mair, Community Engagement Coordinator for Green Synergy said “Green Synergy Volunteers are crucial to the success of Hillside Community Garden. Without the support and dedication of our volunteers the garden wouldn’t be as beautiful and appreciated by the local community on the Tower Estate and beyond.”
During Volunteering week Green Synergy will be celebrating with all the volunteers in the charity. We will be holding events through the week to recognise and say thank you to everyone. We look forward to seeing everyone and sharing your stories.
