Connect To Work

Green Synergy is delighted to be working in partnership with a number of local Lincolnshire organisations to deliver Connect To Work services.

Helping everyone find employment
Connect to Work is a free programme across Greater Lincolnshire that helps people find employment that genuinely suits them. It’s built around the whole person: their health, confidence, caring responsibilities, travel situation and skills. Every participant gets a dedicated Employment Specialist who gets to know them properly and stays with them from first conversation to long-term employment.

How to Sign Up

  • Sign up here
  • You can refer yourself. Anyone can sign up directly with no referral needed. If someone you support is ready to take that step themselves, point them to our participants page and they can get started straight away.
  • A Professional can refer you. If someone would benefit from a warm handover, whether because forms feel overwhelming, they need a bit more reassurance, or they’re already in your care, you can refer them directly with their consent. We’ll make contact, introduce ourselves and take it from there. We’ll keep you updated if they agree to that. Make a Referral here
  • The Expression Of Interest form includes an option to note a specific organisation that you would like to work through the Connect to Work process with. Please note Green Synergy if you would like to join our programme.
