Layers of Green was a project funded by the Virtual Autism Hub, offering Autistic adults the chance to connect and spend time with others who share similar interests. It ran from April 2025 to March 2026.

Layers of Green is based at Hillside Garden, where participants get involved in gardening, crafts, and some good old chit-chat. The project also includes trips around Lincolnshire, giving people the chance to try new things and visit new places in a safe environment, supported by our trained team. Sessions run every Wednesday from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Refreshments are available, but we recommend bringing your own lunch.
£1 charge for attendance each session.

Layers of Green provides a welcoming space for Autistic adults to connect, share experiences, and feel supported by others who truly understand. Through engaging outdoor sessions and a deep connection with nature, participants can enjoy meaningful activities that promote mental well-being, self-care, and a sense of belonging—all while having fun.
