State of the Sector 2026 – Lincolnshire

The State of the Sector 2026 report brings together the views of 128 voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise organisations across Lincolnshire, providing a snapshot of the opportunities and pressures facing the sector.

Green Synergy contributed to the survey in June 2026.

The findings show a sector experiencing rising demand and increasing costs, alongside continued challenges around funding, capacity and volunteer recruitment. Despite these pressures, organisations remain resilient and committed to supporting their communities and working collaboratively.

The report provides a shared evidence base to help inform future funding, commissioning, partnership working and strategic decision-making across Lincolnshire.

As part of the survey prize draw, Citizens Advice Lincolnshire, The Great Tommy Sleep Out and The Community Lab Initiative CIC each received a £150 donation.
